1. Standard materials

 

Sealing body: filled with polytetrafluoroethylene F-PTFE

 

Elastomer: Nitrile rubber NBR or polyurethane PU

 

2. Application scope

 

DDMA is a series seal used for various liquid applications and belongs to the internal seal category. Mainly used for piston and plunger sealing. It can be used in mineral oil, modified mineral oil, refractory hydraulic oil, and compressed air.

 

TDMA is a combination seal consisting of a double lip elastomer and a wear-resistant ring. Before installation, the sealing lip protrudes outward, and after installation, the cylinder liner is tightly pressed to provide elasticity for the wear ring, achieving excellent sealing effect even without pressure. It can separate the liquid on both sides of the sealing ring and is also suitable for sealing the oil chamber to prevent the invasion of other liquids.
