1. Standard materials

 

 

 

Guide ring: nylon PA or filled PTFE F-PTFE

 

Retaining ring: nylon PA or filled with polytetrafluoroethylene F-PTFE

 

Sealing ring: filled with PTFE F-PTFE

 

Elastic ring: Nitrile rubber NBR or fluororubber FKM

2. Application scope

 

It is composed of a sealing ring, an elastic ring, two retaining rings, and two guide sleeves. The guide sleeve plays a positioning and guiding role, while the elastic ring provides pre tightening force and compensates for the wear of the sealing ring. The sealing ring forms a matching dual surface with the inner hole of the oil cylinder to produce a sealing effect, suitable for sealing oil cylinder pistons. DDKK has a bidirectional sealing effect.
