1. Standard materials
Sealing ring: filled with PTFE F-PTFE
O-ring: Nitrile rubber NBR or fluororubber FKM
Star ring: Nitrile rubber NBR or fluororubber FKM
2. Application scope
This type of seal preserves the low friction, high pressure resistance, and high speed characteristics of polytetrafluoroethylene seals, as well as the sealing characteristics of rubber. Suitable for situations where speed is fast, pressure is high, and pressure needs to be maintained. AQ seals are recommended for dual acting pistons such as piston accumulators, positioning cylinders, and support cylinders. They can be used in machine tools, presses, rolling mills, shoe machines, accumulators, stabilizers, heavy-duty suspension cylinders, etc.
The seal is installed in a groove according to the ISO7425 standard. Please refer to Trelleborg's AQ series standards when designing and selecting.
3. Features and advantages
1. Good dynamic and static sealing performance;
2. It has a pressure maintaining function and has low internal leakage in the oil cylinder;

4. Hydraulic fluid (bio oil) suitable for new environmental protection and safety;
5. Due to the ability to use a variety of materials, it has strong adaptability to working conditions;
6. Combining low friction and high elasticity, with dual safety;
7. The groove design is simple and the installation space is small. The groove size complies with ISO 7425/1 and can be interchanged with Grille rings, Steckel seals, etc;
8. Large extrusion gaps can be allowed, depending on the application situation, thus reducing processing costs;
9. In situations where it is necessary to separate two media (such as fluid/fluid or fluid/gas), the sealing efficiency is high.
