Rod Seal

MDI rod seal-TDMI combination seal-TDMI piston rod seal

1. Standard material
Seal: PTFE F-PTFE
Elastomer: NBR NBR or polyurethane PU
2. Applications
MDI applications for a variety of liquid tandem seal, an internal seal. Mainly for the piston and plunger seal. In mineral oil, modified mineral oil, flame retardant hydraulic oils and the use of compressed air.
MDI lips mouth by an elastic body, consisting of a combination seal wear ring. Before installation, the sealing lip protruding rod pressed after installation, provides elasticity to wear rings, even in the case of no pressure to achieve good sealing effect. Detachable sealing ring on both sides of the liquid, but also to the oil chamber of the seal, and other fluids to prevent intrusion. Because of its excellent dry running properties, which can be a fluid seal and dust seal.
